 & Legal Aid Services:  C.L.A.S.P. can help you with basic legal problems, represent you in certain courts and tribunals, and provide legal advice on tenancy issues, income support, criminal issues, immigrations, domestic violence and workers’ rights.  The Legal Clinic operates at Black Creek CHC 
every Thursday night from 5:00—8:00pm.

Text Box: Diabetes Clinic:  Black Creek CHC in partnership with Lawrence Heights CHC is offering a Diabetes Clinic every Friday from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. The Clinic will consist of individual counseling sessions with a nurse and a dietitian that will help educate you on healthy eating and better diabetes control.  Each client will receive one half hour with each practitioner.
