It is the Centre's policy to provide high standards of education for students and graduates in the health and social science field and to introduce them to a multi‑service delivery model integrating health and community programs.

Throughout the year, Black Creek Community Health Centre provides placements for students from a variety of disciplines.

Patient/Clients must be informed when a student will be providing service and the patient/client will be given the opportunity to decline student involvement in their care.

We are committed to developing and enhancing partnerships with both academic and health care/ social service partner organizations in order to host learning opportunities for students, build capacity and enhance programs and services.

We have hosted placement students from the following organizations:

Centennial College
George Brown College
Hamilton Health Sciences
Humber College
Mennonite New Life Centre
Ryerson University
Seneca College
Sunnybrook Health Sciences
Tropicana Community Services
University of Guelph Humber
