Mental Health Counselling

Your mental health is tied to your physical health.

Life changes, including the effects of the pandemic, parenting concerns, and family relationship issues all contribute to stress.

Clients can access confidential, private counselling with registered social workers and therapists to address anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
