Our Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression Policy is all about creating an inclusive community. Our policies, procedures and practices help support diversity and eliminate discrimination in the workplace.

Governance

Diversity is important to us. That’s why we have a fair and open nomination process for our Board.

Employment

We believe that everyone should have fair access to employment. We also don’t tolerate discrimination, harassment or violence in the workplace.

Services

We do our best to ensure our services and programs are accessible to everyone. We all have a role in making this happen.

Training and Education

We provide training and education to our frontline staff so that every interaction with patients and clients is a positive experience.

Policy Violation

All incidents will be reported to the Executive Director and appropriate action will be taken. Any individual who believes they have been discharged or suspended unfairly, they can submit a written grievance as outlined in our Personnel Policy within 10 days of the discharge or suspension.
