Your sexual health is an important part of your overall health and wellbeing.
Clients can access birth control and pregnancy counselling, as well as referrals for additional services, and free confidential testing for sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
No OHIP required. No catchment area for services.
Services include:
- birth control counselling
- low-cost birth control
- free condoms
- emergency contraceptive pills
- sexually transmitted infection and testing
- HIV Testing
- pregnancy testing, counselling & referrals
After hours, primary care clients, registered at Black Creek CHC, can call 416-249-8000 to connect with a care provider for immediate medical concerns.
